Spring, you can come back now. I’m so ready for you.
I know we are still in the beginning of February, but I’m already begging for Spring to come back. And since the weather here in Porto has been so lovely lately, I immediately got inspired to get prepared for next season and try out some casual night outfits ideas for Spring. Weird right? I know.
When it comes to going out of the house, I’m actually the kind of person that always tries to put a bit of effort into not looking like a garbage bag. But the thing is, I always end up with a similar look!
My clothes never really change that much from mornings at the office to date nights… So, for that reason, I did not select some fancy romantic looks for this post, but rather casual yet cute looks to inspire you on your next night out with friends. Hope it’s useful!
Being casual doesn’t mean you can’t be bold. And I truly think the best way to give some personality to your outfit is with a good old biker jacket. Be it black, mustard or red, I’m sure you will pull of.
This one features wider shoulders and a shorter cut, which makes me travel back to the 90’s. To pair it up, I went for this cool striped shirt which has a fiery heart print on it. The result screams rock ‘n’ roll.
If you want to make miracles to your legs, always go for skinny high-waisted pants. These ones are dark blue and really makes the silhouette pop. Go for some comfy ankle boots or even white sneakers.
Denim can truly make the difference, and it’s so comfortable to wear! For this look I opt to go full denim with this unique old-school jacket from Pull and Bear and oversize MOM jeans.
I particularly enjoy the spike detailing on the shoulders of this jacket, and the vintage cut from these pants. Then, I went for these plain black boots for a more classy look.
To mix the textures a little bit I think the best option is to go for something shiny and classy like this black fluid top. Showing a bit of skin won’t also hurt on a night out right?
When it comes to accessories, I have been obsessed with these super long earrings from Parfois and this small black backpack from Bershka.
Faux fur coats have been pretty trending lately, and the thing is: they look awesome, even in freaking yellow or orange colors. So I definitely recommend you to get one for Spring.
For this look, a black tank top lays underneath a plain white shirt, for a simple yet vintage look. Medium-waist blue jeans elongate the legs, while this awesome black faux fur coat from I’m Mad provides a more sophisticated cut.
Ready to rock?
Hope you enjoyed this small fashion inspiration and have plenty of fun next season. Until there, hang on to your blanket and hot chocolate, and stay warm!
